Product Overview

Yuanxing Electronics has produced a series of laminated core voltage transformer solutions providing reliable instruments for integrators and B2B manufacturers requiring precision accuracy and low-phase jitter for their power monitoring applications. This makes the company a solid contender amongst voltage transformers manufacturers.

All laminated core voltage transformer devices are manufactured with both laminated silicon steel and nickel alloys. This combination optimizes each potential transformer’s magnetic properties, providing Class Accuracy Ratings of both 0.2 and 0.5 (per IEC 61869-3 Part 3), therefore exceeding the traditional accuracy ratings expected from small voltage transformers.

The many different standard sizes afforded by these devices, as well as the non-symmetrical mounting patterns employed (to prevent installation errors), provide maximum design flexibility for integrating mini voltage transformers devices in high-density PCB layouts. Each device contains the following technical specifications: Insulation Strength of 2500 Vac (1 min.), Dielectric Strength (at 500 Vdc) 1000 MΩ, and optional surge rating of 5000 V (protects sensitive circuits from large transients).

With an operating frequency range from 50Hz – 400Hz and the ability to withstand temperatures from -25°C to +55°C (with options to extend up to +85°C), these voltage measurement transformers are very versatile for use in industrial applications. If you require either a medium voltage potential transformer or low-voltage potential transformer, Yuanxing’s laminated core technology provides both stability and RoHS compliance for demanding applications.
